- PackWest parts and service specialists can be reached directly Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4:00pm PST.
- For requests outside of these hours we offer operator assisted 24-hour support.
- We maintain a large inventory of replacement parts and offer 24-hour shipment for all in-stock part orders placed Monday through Friday.
- We also offer same day shipping for all in-stock parts orders received by 1:30pm PST.
- Our team of highly experienced field service technicians is regionally-based and they are backed-up by PackWest equipment experts based in Southern California.
