Automatic 6 Quill Inline Cappers
"PackWest designs, manufactures, and supports inline spindle retorquing systems, also referred to as quill systems, for screw-on closures. PackWest retorquers are ideal for containers and closures with induction seals. These cap torquing machines are also suitable for production lines with manual placement of caps or trigger sprayers on containers. They offer consistent and secure cap tightening for a wide variety of containers and closures. Our retorquers are offered in 4, 6, and 8 spindle or quill configurations.
PackWest inline spindle retorquers come equipped with intuitive HMI, making machine operation and troubleshooting straightforward. The operating parameters can be stored as recipes for each cap and container type, simplifying start-ups and changeovers. Cap and container changeovers can be completed in 20 minutes or less, with easily adjustable, toolless universal cap escapements facilitating fast cap diameter adjustments. Additionally, our retorquers provide easy access to all key components from both the operator and back sides of the machine.
When supplied as integrated inline capping systems, PackWest cap handling components offer dependable performance. Multiple caps can run on fully adjustable, universal cap escapements, and multiple containers can run on the same container handling change parts.
