Automatic Inline Snap Capper
PackWest designs, manufactures, and supports inline capping machines for press-in and snap-on closures. Our inline snap-on and press-in place capping systems are budget-friendly and they are easy to operate and inexpensive to maintain compared to rotary capping systems. Container and cap changeovers are simple and frequently require no tools to complete. When required, a single tool is all that is needed.
PackWest inline snap-on and press-in capping systems accommodate a wide range of container sizes, shapes, and types, as well as a wide range of cap types and sizes. These systems are ideal for applications requiring top-force pressure, including plastic inserts, plugs, shaker caps, or overcaps. They are widely used in the personal care, household cleaning, laundry, automotive, food, and industrial chemical product categories.
Our capping systems feature an intuitive HMI for easy operation and troubleshooting. Operating parameters can be stored as recipes, simplifying start-ups and changeovers. Cap and container changeovers can be completed in 20 minutes or less. The toolless, adjustable universal cap escapements facilitate fast cap diameter changeovers, reducing the cost of change parts. Multiple caps can run on the fully adjustable escapements and multiple containers can use the same handling change parts. The design allows easy access to all key components from both the operator and back sides of the machine.
PackWest inline screw-on and snap-on capping systems are available with waterfall or rotary disk cap sorting systems and can handle speeds up to 300 containers per minute.
