Our inline capping systems are configured to ensure accurate, gentle, consistent, and reliable cap application torque. The intuitive HMI makes machine operation and troubleshooting easy for operators, with operating parameters stored as recipes for every cap and container, simplifying start-ups and changeovers.
Cap and container changeovers are simple and frequently require no tools to complete. When needed, a single tool suffices. Easily adjustable, toolless cap escapements facilitate fast cap diameter changeovers and reduce the cost of change parts. Sorter/elevator belt cleats can be quickly removed and replaced for different cap sizes.
PackWest inline capping systems and retorquers accommodate a wide range of container sizes and shapes as well as various cap types and styles. Ideal for space-constrained line layouts and high-speed applications, our systems apply closures to cylindrical, square, rectangular, and oval containers at speeds up to 300 containers per minute.
