Container and cap changeovers are simple and frequently require no tools to complete. When needed, a single tool is all that is required.

PackWest waterfall cap sorting systems, also known as cap elevator sorter feeders, deliver reliable, budget-friendly performance. They are designed for years of hassle-free operation, making them easy to operate and maintain. When paired with a PackWest inline capper, these systems offer seamless performance and dependability.

Key features include an intuitive HMI for easy operation and troubleshooting and operating parameters stored as recipes for consistent start-ups and changeovers. Cap and container changeovers can be completed in twenty minutes or less, with easily adjustable, toolless cap escapements facilitating quick diameter changes and reducing change part costs. The design ensures accurate, gentle, and reliable cap application torque and easy access to key components from both sides of the machine.

PackWest inline capping systems can handle a wide range of container sizes and shapes, as well as various cap types and styles. Available with waterfall or rotary disk cap sorting systems, our cappers can apply screw-on or snap-on closures to cylindrical, square, rectangular, and oval containers at speeds up to 300 containers per minute.
