Integrate Vertical Rotary Sorters, Cap Rinsers and Cap Heaters

PackWest designs, manufactures, and supports inline spindle capping and retorquing systems for screw-on closures and inline capping systems for snap-on caps. We are a team of dedicated specialists focused solely on integrated inline capping systems, with over 1,500 inline capping systems operating in twenty-five countries around the world. Our inline capping systems are designed to accommodate a wide range of container sizes and shapes, as well as various cap types and styles.

PackWest inline screw-on and snap-on capping systems are available with waterfall or rotary disk cap sorting systems. The rotary disk cap sorting systems use vertically positioned sorting rings, ensuring that only correctly oriented caps exit the sorter, eliminating the need for air jets or wiper blades. These systems are easy to operate, changeover, and maintain. Changeovers from one cap to another are often unnecessary, but when required, they can be completed in 10 minutes.

Our systems can apply a wide range of screw-on or snap-on closures to cylindrical, square, rectangular, and oval containers at speeds up to 300 containers per minute. They support closure diameters from 0.3 (8mm) to 2.7†(70mm) and container heights from 2.0 (50mm) to 15.0 (381mm). PackWest inline capping systems offer intuitive HMI for easy operation and troubleshooting, with operating parameters stored as recipes for consistent start-ups and changeovers."
